Ella also makes checkout seamless: you can shop items from Vivrelle, REVOLVE, and FWRD all in one cart, without ever leaving Ella.
What is Complete The Look and how do I access it?
Complete The Look is Vivrelle’s instant styling tool that suggests REVOLVE and FWRD pieces to pair with your Vivrelle accessories. You can access Complete The Look on all Vivrelle product pages across the website and iOS app. Just select any accessory and you will see matching outfit suggestions.
How does shipping and payment work for Ella AI™?
With Ella AI™, you can checkout with Vivrelle, REVOLVE, and FWRD items all in one cart.
- Vivrelle items ship directly from Vivrelle with standard shipping. If you are an existing member, your new order is prepared once your prepaid return label from the previous order is scanned in transit.
- REVOLVE and FWRD items ship separately with 2-day shipping. You will also receive confirmation emails directly from REVOLVE or FWRD. - Payment is processed through the method saved in your Vivrelle account. Shipping and billing details can be updated at checkout before placing your order.
How do returns and cancellations work for Ella AI™?
- For returns, cancellations, or refunds on REVOLVE and FWRD purchases made through Ella, contact their customer support directly.
- Vivrelle will process the refund since charges run through Vivrelle’s system. Refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days.
- For partial cancellations, your order will be updated and any applicable partial refund will be issued once your change is confirmed.
How do I earn 5% of my purchase value through Complete the Look as Vivrelle credits?
When you shop REVOLVE or FWRD through Vivrelle’s website, iOS app, or directly within Ella AI, you earn 5% back in Vivrelle credits, which can be applied toward future membership fees.
To redeem, forward your order confirmation email to membership@vivrelle.com or submit your receipt through our online form. Credits are applied within 30 days, provided the order name matches your Vivrelle account. Returns will adjust your credit amount.
Vivrelle x REVOLVE 5% Credit Program Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Complete The Look 5% Credit Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions: To be eligible for the 5% credit, purchases must be made through the REVOLVE portal accessed via Vivrelle's web platform. The name on the REVOLVE order must match your first and last name as registered in your Vivrelle account. Each order is eligible for credit only once. Submitting the same order multiple times will not result in additional credits and may result in disqualification from the Program. If you return any or all items from a qualifying order, the associated credit will be removed or adjusted accordingly. Vivrelle reserves the right to deduct credited amounts retroactively for returned items. The credit amount will be 5% of the total purchase price (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts). Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. Credits may take up to 30 days from the order date to appear in your account. Vivrelle reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject or revoke credit at its sole discretion. Vivrelle may modify or terminate this Program at any time without notice.
