How will credits be applied to my account?
If you are purchasing a gift card for yourself or for an existing Vivrelle member, please note the name and email address associated with the member's account. Upon purchase, our team will credit the account directly!
Can I purchase a gift card for someone who is not yet a member?
If the intended gift recipient does not already have a Vivrelle account, please have them visit https://www.vivrelle.com/apply and apply for a membership noting “giftcard” as well as the gift card code as the referral code. If their membership application is accepted, our team will add the appropriate credit to their account.

When you purchase a gift card, the gift amount will be added directly to the recipient’s Vivrelle account in the form of membership credit. Gift card values can only be used towards monthly membership payments. If the recipient doesn’t have a Vivrelle account, they should first apply for a membership at vivrelle.com/apply. In the referral code field, they should enter “gift card” + the gift card code. Gift card applicants will be eligible to skip the Vivrelle waitlist and have their applications reviewed within 2 business days. After the receivers account is created, Vivrelle will credit the appropriate amount to their account, which will be reflected in their account page. Please note that buying a gift card does not guarantee acceptance to Vivrelle. Should a gift card recipient not be eligible for a Vivrelle membership, gift card purchase will be refunded back to the purchaser. Gift cards can only be used for membership fees and not for purchases. All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
