Customer Service Coordinator

About This Role:

Vivrelle is seeking Customer Service Coordinators to play a critical role in its continued growth. Working with our Operations Team and reporting to our Customer Service Lead, this role will be responsible for Vivrelle’s customer and member experience. This position is vital to supporting our large and growing member community. This position is based in Midtown, NYC.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Supporting the members with scheduling appointments for any pickups
  • Providing detailed information about our tiered member services and member perks
  • Assisting all inquiries that may come to the membership emails
  • Following the set forth guidelines for any outgoing email or phone correspondence
  • Ensure that all customer experience is handled with the highest level of service
  • Troubleshooting/resolving any delivery and product issues

Your Skills and Qualifications Include:

  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Experienced with phone and email communication channels
  • Analytical thinking while being customer-focused and brand-obsessed
  • Convey a can-do, positive attitude towards tackling challenges and opportunities
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves and do what is necessary to get the job done
  • Familiarity with tech and start-up environment
  • Experience in the fashion and/or luxury space
